a non-exhaustive, ever growing list
Because sometimes you don't even know what you want
I created this list because as an autistic person I know I've struggled a lot with navigating new things and reaching out to others. Please know that you are not limited by this list. Take what you need and leave what you don't. It's just a direction to take if you benefit from setting intention.
You are always free to show up as you are, wherever you are at in life. No masking or planning required.
