Do you have a question you’re afraid to ask? I’ll do my best to answer with my perspective or advice. No topic is off limits, but please be mindful of trauma dumping.

I will try and respond here within the week, but give it a month to be safe. Some more difficult/triggering topics I may want to ponder on to ensure my response is arriving from a non-activated state.

How do I make major life decisions clearly when it is hard to separate myself enough from the situation and risks with the decisions? ------ by "Anonymity"

The important thing is to make a choice, any choice.

Because the best way in these moments to honor yourself is to keep moving forward. There’s no way to make the best decision 100% of the time. Not only are humans not perfect beings, that’s simply part of our brain’s and nervous system’s learning process. To assess and reorient.

What’s important is that after the decision you continue a process of self-observation and reflection in order to feel out if the choice is in alignment with your values and goals in life. Sometimes choices aren’t easily reversed, however that doesn’t mean that what you’ve learned isn’t important! That’s just part of the wisdom we continually nurture so that our future life decisions can be made with more ease.

Good luck with that decision friend, may it bring you closer to your purpose
