Peer Groups
Participants are never required to show up in any particular way to these spaces. Feel free to keep your camera off or on as needed. To communicate with either voice, text or emojis. Or even to just silently share space. These groups are non-clinical in nature, facilitated by a peer with lived experience.
All groups meet on the Zoom platform. Other more secure option in the works.
Chill/Cozy Groups
All groups are free with a $3-$10 suggested donation per month, per group. None are turned away for inability to pay. There is zero judgement based on how you contribute to the group, monetarily or otherwise. See here for more details

Digital Systems: Organizing & Maintenance
Weekly accountability to make progress on managing our digital footprints.
We’ll spend the first 5 minutes sharing what we plan to work on. Then dive into our task while wordless music helps us stay connected.
50min into the meeting we’ll wrap up and share what we accomplished.
Intensive Groups
These groups are considered intensive when they involve heavier topics and aim to regularly focus on (potentially) triggering subject matter. Please do take a moment to consider if you have the capacity to unpack the heaviness you carry alongside your peers. Please use my contact page if you have any concerns.
All intensive groups include co-regulation/grounding time during the last 30 minutes.
Intensive groups have a suggested $10 per meeting due to the labor involved in facilitating. Limited free slots available, with additional slots for POCs. Sliding scale available. Check here for more details
Healing Harmful Behaviors
Because healing is messy. When we inherit generational trauma, our nervous system’s activation process can confuse causing harm for protective behaviors. Here we unpack our journeys to uncover shame and find hope.
Discord for continuing the conversation and support between meetings.
CW: There will be discussions of physical, sexual, and mental abuse. Along with discussions of racism.
Peers are encouraged to mute their audio and/or step away from the computer as needed. There will be a “quiet room” available for those who need to step away
Sex Workers Support
A Peer group for Sex Workers only. Active work is not required to be in space, but you must have actually interacted directly with clientele (online activities may count).
Join to find community with other people who understand how many facets of life sex work impacts. Come to vent, get/share advice on how to stay safe, to process events, to discuss how this work intersects with other parts of our lives, and to just vibe with other folks who understand.

The Artist's Way
Going through the book The Artist’s Way: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity, we’ll be taking the weekly chapters and stretching them out into a month each. Join us each week to co-work on the homework and support each other in taking our Artist Dates.
Digital copies provided free
CW: The text does name spirituality and God, yet does not name any specific religions, and gives space for those who don’t identify with those beliefs.
